I’m a member of the Philadelphia Ghostbusters. We’re a group
of over 20 men and women who have built screen accurate Ghostbusters
uniforms and equipment. We use this to help raise funds for various charities
throughout the year. In 2010 we’ve raised over $6,000.00 for worthy
causes such as Autism Speaks, The National MS Society, the Salvation
Army’s Stockings for Kids program as well as others. We’ve helped out
the Children’s Hospital, various local small businesses, and met
notables such as Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson and Mayor Nutter.

What’s the first gadget that you absolutely fell in love with?

That’s easy! The VCR. As a kid, the VCR changed everything. I could
finally watch my favorite movies and programs whenever I wanted! I
even remember the first video we recorded off of HBO. The Last Star
Fighter…and of course Ghostbusters! I was 9 when we got our first
VCR and of course we probably used it every day!
